Keeping a busy home or commercial property clean takes more than an occasional vacuum. Father & Son Carpet Cleaning provides professional carpet cleaning and property care services for customers throughout Lehi, Utah. From everyday soil and stubborn pet stains to loose carpet, dirty grout, upholstery, and other surfaces, our team helps you clean the areas you use daily.
As a family-owned Utah company, we focus on professional service and cleaning methods designed for lasting results. Our carpet cleaning process follows manufacturer-recommended practices, including a final extraction rinse that helps leave carpet soft, pH-balanced, and residue-free. Whether you’re near Traverse Mountain, Thanksgiving Point, Ivory Ridge, Holbrook Farms, or central Lehi, our team can provide residential and commercial cleaning solutions.
Professional Cleaning & Property Care Services in Lehi
Different properties come with different cleaning challenges. A family with pets may be dealing with carpet stains and odors, while a local office may need commercial carpet care or scheduled janitorial service. That’s why we provide a broad range of cleaning, repair, and maintenance services for Lehi properties.
Our services include:
- Residential and commercial carpet cleaning
- Carpet repair and stretching
- Pet stain and odor treatment
- Area rug and upholstery cleaning
- Tile, grout, and VCT floor care
- HVAC air duct and dryer vent cleaning
- Deep cleaning and additional property maintenance services
Residential Carpet Cleaning
Daily foot traffic can carry soil and debris deep into carpet fibers where regular vacuuming cannot remove everything. Our professional carpet cleaning service removes embedded buildup while avoiding sticky residue that can make carpet soil again quickly.
Our final extraction rinse helps restore the carpet to a balanced pH and leaves the fibers soft and residue-free. It is a practical choice for Lehi households dealing with busy entryways, children, pets, spills, and everyday wear.
Commercial Carpet Cleaning
Clean carpet contributes to the overall appearance of an office, retail property, managed building, or other commercial space. We provide commercial carpet cleaning based on the property’s condition, traffic level, and cleaning needs.
We can also discuss scheduled cleaning for businesses and property managers that need ongoing floor and facility care.
Carpet Repair & Stretching
Wrinkles, ripples, loose sections, and localized damage do not necessarily mean the entire carpet needs to be replaced. Professional carpet repair and stretching may correct specific problems and help protect the investment you’ve already made in your flooring.
Our team can assess the affected area and determine an appropriate repair approach based on the carpet’s condition.
Pet Stain & Odor Treatment
Pets are part of the family, but urine and other accidents can penetrate beyond the visible carpet fibers. Simply treating the surface may leave odor-producing contamination behind.
Our pet stain treatments target the affected areas more thoroughly, helping address stains and odors rather than simply covering them with fragrance.
Area Rug Cleaning
Area rugs collect dust, soil, spills, and everyday debris just like wall-to-wall carpeting. Proper cleaning depends on the rug’s material, construction, and condition. We assess these factors before determining the appropriate cleaning approach.
Upholstery Cleaning
Sofas, chairs, and other upholstered furniture are used daily but often cleaned far less frequently than floors. Professional upholstery cleaning removes accumulated soil and refreshes frequently used furniture without relying solely on surface treatments.
Tile, Grout & Hard Floor Cleaning for Lehi Properties
Mopping handles routine surface dirt, but soil and residue can gradually collect in grout lines and textured flooring. This can leave tile looking dull even when it’s cleaned regularly.
Father & Son Carpet Cleaning provides professional tile and grout cleaning for Lehi homes and commercial properties, along with specialized care for VCT flooring. Whether you’re maintaining a family kitchen, rental property, office, or commercial floor, professional cleaning can address buildup that everyday maintenance leaves behind.
Tile & Grout Cleaning
Grout’s porous surface can hold soil and discoloration that ordinary mopping struggles to remove. Our professional process targets both the tile surface and grout lines for a more thorough clean.
VCT Strip & Wax Services
VCT floors in commercial properties require proper maintenance to preserve their appearance and protective finish. Our strip and wax service removes worn finish before applying a new protective layer, helping maintain the flooring and extend its useful life.
HVAC Air Duct, Dryer Vent & Gutter Cleaning in Lehi
Some important areas of your property are largely out of sight. HVAC ducts, dryer vents, and rain gutters can accumulate debris over time, making periodic professional maintenance worth considering.
Utah’s changing seasons can put different demands on homes throughout the year. We provide Lehi customers with HVAC air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and rain gutter cleaning as part of our broader property-care services.
HVAC Air Duct Cleaning
Dust and debris can build up in an HVAC duct system over time. Professional air duct cleaning addresses buildup in accessible portions of the system and can be part of a broader approach to maintaining your home’s indoor environment.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
Lint does not collect only in the dryer’s lint screen. Material can also accumulate inside the vent line. Professional dryer vent cleaning removes buildup from the vent system and helps maintain proper airflow.
Rain Gutter Cleaning
Leaves and other debris can prevent gutters from moving water as intended. Periodic gutter cleaning removes accumulated material and helps keep the drainage path clear.
House Deep Cleaning & Janitorial Services in Lehi
Some properties need more than a single surface or flooring service. Father & Son Carpet Cleaning also provides deeper property cleaning for homeowners and recurring janitorial solutions for commercial customers.
These services can support periodic deep cleaning, rental and property maintenance, offices, managed buildings, and businesses that need professional cleaning on a scheduled basis.
House Deep Cleaning
Our house deep cleaning services focus on areas that need more attention than everyday upkeep provides. We can discuss the scope based on the property, its current condition, and the areas that need attention.
Commercial Janitorial Services
Businesses need dependable cleaning to maintain their workplaces day after day. We provide janitorial services for commercial customers, with service needs and frequency determined according to the property.
Scheduled Cleaning & Maintenance Plans
Waiting until carpet or flooring looks heavily soiled isn’t always the best maintenance strategy. Scheduled service can help homeowners, businesses, landlords, and property managers stay ahead of buildup and routine wear.
24/7 Flood Water Extraction & Specialty Cleanup in Lehi
Unexpected indoor water requires prompt attention. Father & Son Carpet Cleaning offers 24/7 emergency flood water extraction for customers dealing with unwanted water in residential and commercial properties.
Our team can remove standing water and begin cleanup so we can address the affected area as quickly as possible. If you have an active water emergency in Lehi, call (801) 618-1390 to discuss service availability.
Emergency Flood Water Extraction
We use our extraction equipment to remove unwanted water from affected areas. Because water problems can happen outside normal business hours, emergency flood extraction is available 24/7.
Water Cleanup for Homes & Businesses
Water issues can affect homes, rental properties, offices, and other commercial buildings. We assess the affected area and determine the right extraction and cleanup approach based on the property’s conditions.

What Our Lehi Customers Say
Very punctual, professional and pleasant to work with. They got out a tough rust and water damage stain. Efficient and clean process. Will be using again and again for our commercial space. Thanks Ryan and Eddie!
Highly recommend, especially for pets. Our sweet aging dog had kidney issues before passing, and we thought the carpet in one room was surely a lost cause. We called these guys in a last ditch effort to avoid replacing it, and were happily amazed by what they were able to do. Our tech Caleb was fast, friendly, and a total pro at getting out pet odors. We had deep pet extraction in the one room, and regular cleaning in the rest. So impressed and grateful to have our whole house looking and smelling great again. Thank you!
These guys did a fabulous job on my home. I have been potty training a dog and I have never seen such a unique extraction method. My carpets look new. I am also a real estate agent and have referred out. Many Carpet Cleaner cleaners and these guys are simply the best you will not be sorry!
I strongly recommend this company to keep your carpets, furniture and home clean and smelling fantastic. They have been cleaning my home for a few years now and I cannot say enough good things about them. They remember who I am and they send out the same technician every time. Colin... thank you for all the solid work. They even came out same day when I mistakenly called the wrong company which was 100% my fault. They are fast and very good at what they do. 5/5
Hi I am Brian and I am the director of a non-profit called Family Promise Salt Lake. We are a non-profit that shelters families experiencing homelessness. I have used Father and Son Carpet Cleaners for a few months. I could not be happier. They are local and their customer care and out of this world. Their finished product is so impressive. I refer all my friends and co-workers to them. 5 stars for sure!
Father and Son Carpet Cleaning did an impeccable job at my mom’s home. The entire experience was seamless from start to finish — they were professional, thorough, and incredibly easy to work with. The results exceeded our expectations, and I truly appreciated how smooth and stress-free the process was. Chelsea Godfrey
I can't say enough good things about Father and Son. Past companies never completed cleaned our "dog's" couch. Caleb worked it over and it looked like new. The carpet was also cleaner than other servicing in the past. We've found a favorite company!
I have been a real estate agent in the valley for over 9 years and Father and Son's is by far the best company I have ever worked with. They do an amazing job and can usually get my clients in quickly. They are my GO TO carpet cleaning company.
They are absolutely the best. We left a package of raw meat over the weekend inside the car, so the smell was awful. These guys cleaned the carpets and removed the odor completely. Same-day service, super professional, and price was great. Carpets spotless, no trace of that awful odor. Highly recommend!
Father and Son's is one of the best companies I've worked with for both multiple company locations as well as my home and the homes of my family members. They take great care and do a fantastic job across the board! After using many others in the past, these are the guys I recommend now knowing what I'm getting every time!
These guys were very professional and efficient when they came and cleaned my carpets with a pet treatment. They were friendly and helpful in answering questions and explaining the process.
This review hands down will be the hardest for me to summarize. I have to begin from the top. Eddie and Ryan, who greeted us so kindly and respectfully, not only that they accommodated us on a next day appointment for a small room.( Most companies are unwilling to do so). Appointment day arrived and Jaylen and Caleb, arrived . Super nice guys. Did a superb job. We’re both very pleasant to have in our home. What I haven’t said yet is I am a disabled American Vietnam Veteran. Once the job was completed we were told this company honors their veterans. Not only with a handshake and a smile but an UNBELIEVABLE discount. So much so it left me overwhelmed with gratitude. I highly recommend this company (To say the least) and will be referring them to everyone I know. Again thank you so much for your fabulous work and generosity! Roger Lebrun
We had a great experience with Father and Son. They stretched and retacked carpet that had come loose in addition to the ~1800sq ft of carpet that was cleaned. On time and professional. I recommend them and would use their services again 🙂
We just had Father and Son Carpet Cleaning provide their services in our home. The technicians arrived at the time we agreed on and they were very polite and professional in assessing our needs. They promptly began the work of cleaning all our area rugs. The results were excellent, and the rugs look not only clean but better than they have in years. The whole process took less than an hour and there were no chemical smells left behind. Based on our great experience, I will be recommending Father and Son Carpet Cleaning to all our friends and neighbors.
The crew arrived timely, friendly, respectful, efficient, did a great job, verified everything was to my liking and the rugs look great. Will have them back again.
Ryan’s always been the best and has great service. Always cleaned up after my dog. Fast and always makes time for us. Keep up the good work.
These guys are my go to when it comes to any cleaning service I can think of! So far, I’ve had them clean couches, tile, carpet and every time it looks near perfect. They’ve been a saving grace as my poor old dog aged and kept having accidents. Would 100% recommend Father & Son.
Father & Son Carpet Cleaning did an outstanding job cleaning Sandy Senior Center carpets. The carpets are 25 years old. They looked brand new when Caleb and Jaren finished cleaning them. I highly recommend Father & Son Carpet Cleaning.
The team was punctual, friendly and did a great job! We have a husky and three kitties and requested the pet carpet cleaning package. The carpet was left super clean, and smelled really nice 😊
Father & Son Carpet Cleaning were Very accommodating to my busy schedule, with great communication (which is always a revalue for success). The crew were very polite, respectful of my home and we’re EXTREMELY thorough but fast. Carpets were dry in less than 24 hours with no added smells. Hands down the best experience and would recommend them with no hesitation. 🙌🏻
I bought a model home a year ago. The builder agreed to have the carpets cleaned before I moved in. After their carpet cleaning, the stairs and area rug were still dingy, worn and matted down. I thought it was just permanent damage from 4 yrs of heavy traffic coming through to look at the model. I recently hired Father & Son they came out today. Wow.. I highly recommend them! Jaren did amazing work and my carpet and tile floors have never looked so good (I should have taken before photos)! Jaren made my floors look new again! Thank you, Customer for life
These guys saved me! I had another company come out the clean my carpets but upon arrival they way jacked up the price to a price I couldn’t afford. I called them and they came out that same day and did an amazing job on my carpets. They got some deep stains out of my carpets and had them looking amazing and my house smelt so good. Which isn’t always the case after carpet cleaning. I will have them return next time I get my carpets cleaned and have referred them to friends and family.
Great work, friendly, and professional service! Highly recommend 🙂 (Ask for Jaren)
From scheduling an appointment, for our carpets to be cleaned and repaired, to the actual service we had an amazing experience! The staff were so nice and super helpful. They communicated everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and easy!
Easy to schedule, great communication, great customer service. The team showed up on time, communicated and walked me through the process, answered all my questions. They got the job done super fast. The carpet looks and smells like a brand new. The couch is spotless as well and doesn’t have the pet odor anymore. Highly recommend. Thank you for a job well done and for going above and beyond!
We had Ryan and his crew clean the carpets in our basement. The technicals were very professional and did an excellent job. The carpets look brand new!
They did an amazing job cleaning our carpets! Our carpets look brand new again! With having four kids and some relatives stay with us for a bit, our carpet took a hit. But you can’t even tell that now! They did such a good job and were extremely thorough. They made sure we were completely satisfied prior to leaving, which was really awesome. Definitely the most reliable and friendly service! We will be using them again for sure.
Our carpet was getting pretty bad and really needed cleaning! I am soo happy with the service and the way the carpets look! They did an amazing job and got all of the tough stains out of the carpet as well! Super friendly and couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend using them! You can see a huge difference from before and after! ♥️
They did an awesome job, got here and did our big living room, hallway and two bedrooms in an hour. They got to work right away and were supper patient with me and my noisey dogs. Thank you!!!
Phenomenal job!!! This was my first carpet cleaning experience and I gotta say I am pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to work with Jaren! He is super thoughtful and great at explaining things. He patiently answered all my stupid questions. If you’re hesitating between carpet cleaning companies, you found your choice! I absolutely will use this company again.
Best carpet cleaning in Utah!!! I have used father and son carpet cleaning many times over the years and they have always exceeded expectation. They have great customer service and my carpets have never looked better.
They made our tile shine like never before. I was so impressed I had the guys clean our carpets and the even the rv floors. I will definitely use them again.
I've had my carpets and couches cleaned and they look brand new. I've been using this company for a few years and love them.
Service was great. Price was right and They showed up on time. We had them do a few rooms in the house and they turned out great. We will definitively have them clean our furnace ducts.
I had Father and Son Carpet Cleaning come to my home because it had been a few years since I had my carpets and couches professionally cleaned. The original color of my carpet really came out and the fine cat hairs and dander where my cat likes to lay on the sofa were gone. I love how my carpet and sofa look and feel. I feel like I am breathing fresher air in my home. I will have them come out several times a year now to maintain the cleanliness.
Jaren and Caleb did a wonderful job stretching and cleaning our carpets. Congenial, polite, hard-working, thoughtful, and helpful in explaining details about their work. First impression, though, was the initial call to Edward to make an appointment--professional and pleasant to talk with. Then a followup with Ryan by phone--equally pleasant. This is one of the finest companies with which we've had a very positive experience. Call them.
They were super flexible when scheduling two different times to come clean my carpets and the vents. Reasonably priced as well! Would definitely recommend them again.
I’ve had them come and clean my carpet several times, as well as do a carpet repair on stairs. I have cats and dogs, and they got any stains and smells out of the carpet and looking good as new! Always have had a great experience, and they are extremely efficient and well priced.
They were punctual and professional through the entire interaction. Got the urine smell out of our carpets.
Amazing Company !! We are completely impressed with the carpets. What an Awesome job. On time, professional and spectacular results. They even got the stains out of our Fancy Chairs !!! Highly recommend Father and Sons.
Contacted me in the morning and let me now when they would arrive. Explained where the problems were and how they would correct in. Very professional and efficient. Highly recommend this company. Already have new appoint for cleaning.
I called to have my carpets cleaned. They showed up the next day!!! And were able to do my whole house in a short amount of time. My carpet looks almost new after the cleaning and all the smells are gone. I would really recommend and would love to use again.
Excellent service. We needed some special accommodations and Jaren made it as easy as possible while still fixing our carpet exactly how we needed it. Highly recommend.
We had a great experience with Father and Son Carpet Cleaning. They did a great job cleaning all the carpet in our house and a rug and sectional couch. They worked quickly and did a good job. I would use them again.
If I could give them 10 stars I would! They came on time, explained what they’d do, they used a protector on my wall so they didn’t scuff my baseboards, and they did GREAT work. Some of the greatest carpet cleaners! We had renters in our house and they absolutely trashed our carpets. We had a different company come when we moved back and our carpets still looked so so dirty, and we weren’t super impressed with the results. Somebody recommended that I try Father and Son and they worked WONDERS. In the photos, the first one with a huge black stain was right when the renters moved out. The second that still looks pretty bad is what the carpets looked like after the first cleaners came. And the third picture is what it looked like when Father and Sons Carpet guys left my house!! Amazing work! I will never use a different carpet cleaning company. I will use them 10/10 times!
This company is amazing! My dog has several accidents all over my house. They were able to come that same day! They were quick, but very thorough! After they were done, one of the guys even stuck his nose right in the biggest of the accidents and made sure it didn't smell. I really appreciate what they did for me. I will definitely call them for all my needs going forward!
I cant say enough about Father and Son Carpet Cleaning! They were efficient, professional, respectful of my home, and most importantly, punctual! The staff is very friendly did such great work.
Kaleb and Derek did a great job, they were professional, very personable and kind guys. Our carpet downstairs hadn’t been cleaned since we moved in 6 years ago and it looks amazing after their cleaning!!! We kept thinking we were just going to replace it but decided to try a cleaning to get us by. I saw all the great reviews for Father & Son, ended up paying $245 instead of thousands to replace it! I will definitely use Father & Son again!
Have worked with these guys twice before with a planned third time coming soon. I needed a no frills, GSD, and not take advantage of me for “steam” carpet cleaning. Found my place. Thanks
I really loved the customer service they were on time, super professional guys and the price was awesome!!!! I would definitely hire them!
